Santa Monica Studio presents the sequel to the critically acclaimed God of War (2018). Kratos and Atreus must travel to each of the nine realms to find answers as they prepare for the prophesied battle that will bring about the end of the world.

Together, Kratos and Atreus must venture deep into the nine realms to find answers as the forces of Asgard prepare for war. Along the way, they will explore stunning mythical landscapes, gather allies from across the world, and face fearsome enemies including Norse gods and monsters.

As the threat of Ragnarok draws ever closer, Kratos and Atreus must choose between the safety of their families and the safety of the worlds.

Those who break fate
Atreus is searching for knowledge that will help him understand the meaning of “Loki’s” prophecy and his role in Ragnarök. Kratos must decide whether he wants to continue to be held captive by the fear of repeating his mistakes, or whether he will break free from it and be the father Atreus needs.

Weapons of War
The Leviathan Axe, the Blades of Chaos, and the Guardian Shield return and join a whole arsenal of new skills at Kratos and Atreus’ disposal. Battles against gods and monsters from all nine worlds will put Kratos’ ruthless Spartan skills to an unprecedented test as he tries to protect his family.
